Graded Casting: Planer tables are machined, polished and fitted according to the best available practices and ground finishing of every part is ensured under professional supervision
Moulding System: According to the specific requirements for different operations, a number of moulding systems with great finish are provided to cater the needs of client. These include round moulding system, degree/side cutting system, separate steel angle plate for pataam plate, steel plate fitted on the top plate.
Ball Bearings: To ensure trouble free and prolonged working life, quality ball bearings are provided on each moving part. Heavy duty ball bearings are fitted on the main cutter block.
Blades: To ensure the high quality performance of cutter, blades of main cutter are made of special HIGH CARBON HIGH CHROMIUM STEEL.
